I’m new in the area and I wanted to check out their service. I was impressed. It’s a family run business that you just want to support and come back again, and again. I received a very friendly, caring service at an amazing price. They offer veteran discounts for jewelry repair and service. The staff makes you feel like you are part of their family. I know that this will be my go to place from now on. Everyone should come out and check it out.

After being advised by close friends to use Garris as a trustworthy jeweler, I went in today to have repairs and checked items. My experience was over the top. I knew could depend on Larry and Amber. Please shop local and use this company 🙂🧐

I have rediscovered Garris Jewelers and I cannot say enough good things about them. I went there frequently years ago. However the hype of all the malls and the allure of shopping in a big city like Charlotte clouded my vision. Recently I went in and was not disappointed. The staff are wonderful, welcoming and so helpful! They have something for every taste and it fits my budget needs. They even repaired a pair of earrings that another jewelry store said could not be repaired and in minutes replaced a claps for one of my treasured necklaces.

Very friendly, customer oriented business. We had a stone replaced on a ring. However in the process of repair, another stone went missing. They completely handled the issue and made things right. We highly recommend Garris for all your jewelry needs.
